2. Eligibility for Refund – Social Media Management Services

You may request a refund under the following conditions:
a. Within 12 Hours of Payment:

    •  If no work has been initiated on your project within 12 hours of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund. 
    • If initial work has begun (such as planning, content outline, or partial scheduling), 80% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be deducted as service & resource charges.
      b. After 12 Hours of Payment:
    • No refund requests will be accepted once the 12-hour window has passed and our team has begun active work on your campaign.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@adsglowmedia.com with the following details:

    • Full name
    • Contact number
    • Service purchased
    • Date and time of payment
    • Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original mode of payment.

5. Exceptions

This refund policy applies only to Social Media Management services. All other services (such as Website Design, Ad Campaign Management, SEO, Branding) are non-refundable once initiated.

6. Conflict Resolution

If any dispute arises, we encourage open communication. Both parties will attempt to resolve the issue through mutual discussion before taking any further steps.
